This Terms of Service is an agreement between you ("you", "User") and Rastuc Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). This document outlines the general terms and conditions governing your use of the Rastuc Technologies platform ("Service"). By accessing and using our Service, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. User Accounts

1.1 Registration

To access our Service, you must create an account with Rastuc Technologies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

2. Use of Service

2.1 Service Description

Rastuc Technologies is a comprehensive healthcare platform designed to facilitate various aspects of healthcare management for users. Through Rastuc Technologies, users can:

  • Book and Manage Appointments: Easily book, reschedule, or cancel appointments with healthcare providers.
  • Ward Management: Organise and manage healthcare wards, ensuring efficient patient care.
  • Organisation Integration: Manage services, staff, and patient interactions for healthcare organizations.
  • Patient Encounters: Document and review healthcare encounters, tracking medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Medical Wallet for Documents: Securely upload and store personal medical documents, creating a centralized medical wallet.
  • Healthcare Discovery: Discover healthcare providers and services, making it easier to find and access care.

2.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purposes.
  • Uploading content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates others' privacy.
  • Attempting to interfere with the security or functionality of the Service.

3. Organizations

3.1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the Rastuc Technologies platform by organizations. By registering an organization, you agree to comply with these terms.

3.2. Eligibility & Account Registration

Only authorized health professionals,verified by Rastuc Technologies, may create an organization.

3.3 Verification Requirements

All organizations are required to submit verification documents for approval.

3.4 Admin Responsibilities

Admins must ensure compliance with the platform's policies and manage account access responsibly.

3.5 Organization Responsibilities

Organizations must comply with all applicable laws, maintain accurate information, and use the platform appropriately.

3.6. Content & Data Ownership

Organizations retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant Rastuc Technologies the right to store and process it.

3.7. Payment & Billing

If premium features are introduced, organizations will be informed of applicable fees, invoicing terms, and refund policies.

3.8. Privacy & Data Protection

Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws.

3.9. Platform Usage & Restrictions

Organizations may not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities.

3.10. Suspension & Termination

Rastuc Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Organizations will be notified before any action is taken.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

All payments for bookings must be made through the Rastuc Technologies platform. We accept payments via MPESA and Airtel Money.

4.2 Payment Authorization

By providing payment information, you authorize Rastuc Technologies to charge the relevant fees to your chosen payment method.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds will be issued according to our cancellation policy. Only eligible amounts, as determined by the cancellation policy, will be refunded to the original payment method used. Certain fees or charges may not be refundable.

5. Appointment Rescheduling and Cancellation

5.1 Rescheduling

Users may reschedule appointments through the Rastuc Technologies platform, subject to availability and within the timeframe specified during booking.

5.2 Cancellation

Users may cancel appointments through the Rastuc Technologies platform. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided through the Service is accurate and up-to-date.

6.2 Document Uploads

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you upload to the Service. Rastuc Technologies is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or illegal documents.

7. Company Rights

7.1 Modification of Service

Rastuc Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

7.2 Termination

Rastuc Technologies may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rastuc Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and you are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
